An administrative error during a DNS cleanup operation has caused the loss of 10 DNS zone files. Regrettably these zone files have been irreversibly deleted, so there is no way to recover the DNS data that was inside them. We have emailed all impacted customers however due to DNS propagation expect some emails to bounce. We will begin telephoning all affected customers. The DNS zones have been recreated but customers must re-add their custom DNS entries. We do apologise for this incident.
