Support delays in excess 24 hours

Due to the GDPR deadline, we are currently experiencing delays to our customer and technical support services that are pushing reply times in excess 24 hours. At this time we are not accepting ANY support requests by telephone. If you have an urgent enquiry, please open a ticket and set the highest priority. Please do not open multiple tickets for the same issue, or reply several times to the same ticket, else this will slow down our response to you and all other customers.
