We're investigating a network incident at our us-in-sbn1 & us-tx-dal1 locations.
The incident has been resolved.
These locations are now back in service, however we are still working on the underlying network incident.

We've been working closely with select customers who have reported sporadic performance issues with their websites. Through process of elimination, we've identified HTTP/3 (aka QUIC) as the cause. We can replicate poor/inconsistent performance where HTTP/3 is used over lossy and/or jittery connections, which especially affects mobile (eg 4G & 5G) networks. As such, we're removing HTTP/3 from all web hosting, pro hosting and managed servers in preference of HTTP/2, which offers superior performance under challenging conditions.
