We are investigating a partial outage at our UK - Coventry (cov1) location.
The PDU was swapped successfully within a 15 minute window of downtime. This incident is now fixed.
We will be conducting urgent work to replace a faulty PDU in this location. This will cause a period of downtime for some customers between 15:50-16:20 BST.
We experienced a power interruption to some services in this location between 03:17-03:38 UTC. Most services returned back online automatically, however a subset experienced data loss from the unclean shutdown event, and some were unavailable between 03:17-05:32. At this time we believe all services, devices and servers in this location have been restored. If you continue experiencing any problems, please open a support ticket. The data centre is investigating the root cause of the power interruption and will provide an RFO.
